Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. There are some products that cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not returnable. SHIPPING FOR RETURN ITEM
Send your product back to (Info@automatesmasters.com) by mail if you want to exchange it. Your own shipping charges for returning your goods are your responsibility. There is no reimbursement for shipping fees. If you get a refund, the return shipping charges will be subtracted from your total.
The amount of time it takes for the replaced item to arrive at your location may vary.
